I've had a weight loss healing session with Kasey and she's also helped me to delve deeper into a challenging life decision. 

She went back and did a timeline healing (I gained a lot of weight in childhood very suddenly and have struggled with yo-yo'ing weight for much of my life). It helped me to go to Italy the following week, where even after 10 days of eating pasta and loads of Sicilian food, I did not gain any weight.
